Martin "Michael" Kooper serves as a member of the BioScrip board of directors, effective April 2005. Mr. Kooper was named to this position upon consummation of the merger between MIM Corporation and Chronimed, Inc.
Mr. Kooper previously served as a member of the MIM board of directors. Since December 1997, Mr. Kooper has served as the President of The Kooper Group, a successor to Michael Kooper Enterprises, a benefits consulting firm. From 1980 through December 1997, Mr. Kooper served as President of Michael Kooper Enterprises. |
