Martin offers over 30 years of extensive, adept management experience focusing on servicing clients and gaining results. His past responsibilities as Bursar/Director of Financial Aid at a large, independent University have significantly added notability to his credentials. Marty is a member of the NCHELP Debt Management Committee. At Windham, he liaisons and streamlines communication with clients, conducts daily phone contact with clients to expedite the collection process, makes personal visits to client sites and educates them on new products. Martin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, an Associates Degree in Data Processing Administration from Bryant & Stratton Junior College, attended a 12-month program on Higher Education Management from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Northeastern University, and various State and Federal training programs at Northeastern University.
