Martin Bandier has been a director since October 2006. Mr. Bandier is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EMI Music Publishing Inc from 1991 to 2007. Mr. Bandier co-founded SBK Entertainment World in 1984 which sold its music publishing interests to EMI Music Publishing in 1989. In 1975, Mr. Bandier co-founded The Entertainment Company. Mr. Bandier is a member of the boards of the United Jewish Appeal, City of Hope, BMI Foundation Inc. and the Songwriter's Hall of Fame, and he serves as a trustee of the TJ Martell Foundation and Syracuse University. He is director of The National Music Publishers Association and the Rock and Roll Hall Fame, and is president of the International Music Publishers Association. |
