Mr. Hart has been a private investor in the Denver, Colorado area since 1969. He has owned and developed a number of companies into successful businesses, and has served on the Board of Directors for many public and private corporations. Presently, Mr. Hart is serving on the board of directors of the following public companies: ValueClick, Inc.; MassMutual Corporate Investors, an investment company; MassMutual Participation Investors, an investment company; and, Spectranetics Corporation, a medical device company. He also continues to serve on the Board of Directors of several private companies. Mr. Hart is a certified public accountant. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Regis University. |
