Marty practice includes commercial finance, general commercial business transactions, securitization and other capital market transactions, workouts and restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. Marty regularly represents lenders, private equity funds and other corporate clients in syndicated financings, investment grade financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, private placements of debt securities, all types of subordinated debt financings, and multinational and multicurrency credit facilities. He also frequently represents lenders in connection with the structuring and negotiating of intercreditor arrangements for transactions involving multiple debt tranches and lien priorities.
