Martin R. Wade III is, and has been since June 2003, a member of NexMed's Board of Directors. Mr. Wade is currently Chief Executive Officer of International Microcomputer Software Inc., a software development and publishing firm and Bengal Capital Partners, LLC, a merger and acquisition firm. Mr. Wade has over 20 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisition, public and private financing and other business advisory activities. From 1975 to 2000, Mr. Wade has held various executive positions with Prudential Securities Inc., Salomon Brothers, Price Waterhouse Company, Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Wade also serves on the board of directors of International Microcomputer Software Inc. (NASD), DIMON, Inc. (NYSE) and Energy Transfer Group. Mr. Wade holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Wyoming. |
