Martin R. Symansky, MD Medical Director Martin R. Symansky, MD, joined CDPHP as medical director in April 2006. Prior to joining CDPHP, Dr. Symansky served as president of Managed Care Solutions. He also served as senior medical director of GHI and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additionally, Dr. Symansky held management positions in pediatrics and medical affairs at Capital Region hospitals, as well as in private practice in pediatrics. Dr. Symansky earned a bachelor of arts degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and a medical degree from Albany Medical College. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in neonatology/community medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American College of Physician Executives, and is a fellow of the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Symansky currently resides in Troy with his wife and son. |
