Mr. Moore was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2000 after joining the Company in December of 1998 as Corporate Controller.
Mr. Moore has an MBA in Finance from Seattle University and gained comprehensive public company experience as Manager of Corporate Planning and Reporting at ATL Ultrasound, Inc., a $500 million bio-medical equipment company that was acquired by Philips Electronics in 1998.
He is an active member of CFO Roundtable and Financial Executives International. |
