Prior to joining BioSphere Medical in September 2004, Mr. Joyce served from 2000 to 2004 as Managing Partner of Stratex Group LLC, a provider of biopharmaceutical executive services to early-stage companies and venture investors. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Joyce was North American CFO for Serono Inc. From 1987 to 1996, Mr. Joyce held a variety of senior level positions within Serono, in finance, sales, marketing and manufacturing. Mr. Joyce's earlier years were spent at Millipore and Bose Corporations focusing on strategic planning, product rationalization and return on investment analysis. Mr. Joyce holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University. |
