Martin J. Wong is Chief Compliance Officer for Citi. He was appointed to this position in January 2005. He has the responsibility for compliance for all Citi businesses.
Prior to his current position, he was General Counsel for the Global Consumer Group from 2002 to 2004. He joined the company at CitiFinancial (formerly, Commercial Credit) in 1987 and served in several capacities in the legal department and became General Counsel in 1998.
He was born in Singapore in 1963, attended high school in Jamaica, and graduated from Loyola University in 1981 and University of Baltimore Law School in 1986. |
