Marty brings to IRT a 15 year background in Teleservices and Product Development. His experiences at Ryder System Inc. include the management of internal and external call center operations for their National Sales and Customers Services groups, as well as assignments focusing on Quality Management and Process Development. In addition, he was responsible for all aspects of Product Development for hand held computing and wireless communications for Ryder's Logistics Division, including project management, systems development and implementation. Marty has also served as Director of Operations and as Director of Client Services at Precision Response Corporation. Marty's experiences on both the client and vendor side of the relationship position him perfectly to manage IRT's client-centric operations. His understanding of business and ROI drivers help him to partner pro-actively and maintain IRT's solution-focused environment. |
