Martin J. Emerson is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Medical Systems Holdings, Inc., a medical device company, since January 2005, where he also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer, and a Vice President and the General Manager of International.
