Martin J. Collins is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He joined the Company in November of 2006. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Collins was Vice President Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Oracle Corporation a supplier of software for enterprise information management. Prior to joining Oracle Mr. Collins was a corporate partner at Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw LLP where he worked from 1991 until 2005. Mr. Collins received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Williams College and his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. |
