Ms. Morfitt was nominated to our Board of Directors effective July 11, 2007 and serves as Chairman of our Nominating & Governing Committee. From March 1998 to March 2007, Ms. Morfitt was the President and a Director of CNS, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer healthcare products. From 1998 until June 2001 she served as CNS' President and Chief Operating Officer, and from June 2001 until March 2007 as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to CNS, Ms Morfitt spent 16 years with The Pillsbury Company, a consumer food products company. Ms Morfitt currently serves as a director of Graco, Inc, a manufacturer of fluid handling systems. Ms Morfitt received her HBA from the University of Western Ontario and her MBA from York University in Toronto. |
