Martha M. Watson was elected to serve as Vice President and Secretary of the Company in October 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Watson served as President of Carolina Benefit Services, a payroll company, (from September 1999 to October 2000), Vice President of Operations for Sunland Distribution, Inc., a public warehousing company (from January 1999 to September 1999), and Director of Human Resources for the following divisions of Delta Woodside: Stevcoknit Fabrics Company (from January 1990 to January 1999) and Delta Apparel Company (from July 1987 to January 1990). |
