Marshall E. Wood, 61, Class III Director, was elected to the Coastal Banking Company Board of Directors in May, 2007, and was a member of the Board of Directors of First Capital Bank Holding Corporation since 1998. Mr. Wood served as a director of Barnett Bank from 1981 to 1997, and its successor, Nations Bank (Jacksonville), until May, 1998. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1968 with a degree in Business Administration and from the University of Tennessee with a Juris Doctor degree in 1972. He is engaged in the practice of law in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Mr. Wood serves as a director of the Boys & Girls Club of Nassau County and as a director of Baptist Medical Center Nassau. |
