Mr. Geller has an extensive background in investment banking as former Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Company from 1967-1988. At Bear Stearns, he was in charge of Corporate and Public Finance and Institutional Equities & Debt for the Company's Los Angeles, Chicago and Hong Kong operations. He has served on the Board of several public and privately held companies including ShopNBC/ValueVision Media, Inc. and GP Strategies Corporation (GPX). Since 1995, he has been Co-Founder and Senior Managing Member of St. Cloud Capital Partners.
