Marlene Dennis is vice president of Human Resources.
She reports directly to the president and chief executive officer and is responsible for human resources as well as security and safety.
Positions Dennis held previously at The Aerospace Corporation are vice president of the Office of Human Resources, general manager of the Human Resources Division, and principal director of the Human Resources Directorate.
Dennis joined Aerospace in 1996. She was director of Human Resources at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems Division in Mesa, Arizona, before coming to Aerospace. She has more than 25 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing employee programs in technical environments.
Dennis earned a B.A. in English literature from California State University at Long Beach and an M.B.A. from UCLA. She has done extensive graduate work in organizational development at Pepperdine University. |
