Ms. Kirtland concentrates her practice in the areas of business litigation, condominium and homeowner's association disputes, timeshare condominium law, landlord/tenant matters, family law and real property law. Previously, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit assigned to the Appellate and Felony Trial Divisions, where she acquired extensive jury and non-jury trial experience. Ms. Kirtland is a former adjunct professor at Florida Metropolitan University where she taught Ethics, Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation and Family Law to paralegal students. |
