Prior to joining the MRI family as an Account Executive, Marla Donaldson worked for UPS for 10 years, completed her MBA and ran her own business. Her strong customer service background, entrepreneurial spirit, passion for helping people and continual learning has helped her fine-tune recruiting skills. She partners with various organizations nationwide to locate talented Pharmacists for their openings.

Marla’s goal as an Executive Recruiter is to save organizations time, money and energy by finding a candidate that not only matches the organization’s technical qualifications, but is also a good fit with the organizational structure, work environment and existing staff rapport.

Marla recruits Registered Pharmacists for various organizations nationwide. To be an effective recruiter, she believes in full understanding of each person’s career goals and matching those with existing job opportunities.
