Experience
Markus Strelow concentrates his practice in the areas of leveraged and corporate finance, private equity, and M&A. He advises German and international clients engaged in complex transactions, with a particular focus on negotiated financing and acquisition structures. Markus has substantial experience in all aspects of LBOs.
Prior to joining the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown in 2005, Markus held senior positions with three other prominent international law firms in Germany. A native German speaker, he is also fluent in English.
