Mark is responsible for all ongoing improvements in Glocap's IT infrastructure, including this website, database and other internal proprietary technologies. Mark brings over a decade of experience in thin-client computing, systems engineering, and software research from a varied career spanning both private-sector and defense-related industries at institutions such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Career highlights include system engineering in support of Lockheed Martin's National Missile Defense efforts, the development of tactical, man-portable computers for the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), and asset management and IT system integration for large-scale warehousing and manufacturing.In his "copious" spare time Mark enjoys hang gliding, surfing, and travel in the pursuit of both.Mark has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. |
