Mark joins JCS in establishing channel sales partner relationships, re-energizing direct sales efforts to communications providers, and strategizing on how and where to extend ICSS into other market opportunities. Mark was most recently with CSG Systems here in Denver, where at different periods he was Vice President/GM Telephony Business Unit, Vice President Strategic Initiatives, and Vice President Global Sales Operations. Prior to joining CSG in 1996, Mark was President of Mid America Computer Corp., a private company which provides customer care and billing services for independent telephone companies in North America. Mark has a wealth of experience in, and knowledge of, the customer care and billing environment for communications companies around the world. |
