Mr. Takahashi is Head of OneEnergy Limited. Established in March 2006, OneEnergy Limited is the jointly held business between CLP Holdings and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan undertaking all of the two companies power investment business in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Previously Mr. Takahashi was the Group Director - Corporate Development of CLP Holdings Limited, responsible for development and financing activities, including project development, acquisitions, project finance and treasury. He joined CLP Holdings in December 2003. He has over 17 years of experience in the power industry in the United States and in Asia. Prior to joining CLP, Mr. Takahashi worked for InterGen from 1995 to 2003 as the regional finance vice president covering Asia as well as the corporate treasurer. He also previously worked as a Vice President in Bechtel Enterprises involved in project development and investment in the independent power industry in the United States. He holds an MBA degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BSc degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado.
Mr. Takahashi is also a Director of Ho-Ping Power Co., of which CLP holds 40% interest; Electricity Generating Public Co. Ltd., a listed company in Thailand and an associated company of OneEnergy Ltd.; and other subsidiary companies of the CLP Group and OneEnergy Ltd.
