Mark has over 15 years of investment banking and legal advisory experience at Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and Hahn Loeser & Parks. He was a Partner at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen where he developed the corporate finance group and led the M&A team for Russia and the CIS region. At Chiron Capital, Mark works on both advisory and merchant banking deals. Mark has a JD degree from University of Michigan Law School. |
