Mark recieved his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado in 1998. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he worked as a project programmer for the civil engineering squadron at Lowry Air Force base. His more than 10 years of experience in the software industry include five years in research and development, two years as a mathematical software engineer and several years in the financial industry. A member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the American Geophysical Union (AGU), his R&D interests include viscous and buoyancy driven flows as well as topographically influenced deep convection in coastal regions. |
