Mr. Plasters joins Thornburg Mortgage from GMAC Bank and Residential Funding Group, where he was most recently the managing director of correspondent sales in the northwest division. His geographical responsibility included overseeing sales directors in 18 states focusing on loan acquisition through various means including: flow loan delivery, bulk acquisitions and Assignment of Trade. Plasters' group successfully achieved growth in market share and production volume during his tenure. Plasters' experience spans more than 26 years in the mortgage industry, including sales and operations, managing national accounts, and originations growth in correspondent and wholesale channels. He has previously worked for a number of additional notable companies such as GE Capital Mortgage Services and Norwest Mortgage. |
