Mark Paul has more than 20 years of financial experience. Prior to co-founding D2 Technologies in 2003 and serving as the CFO, he was the CFO at Yardi Systems, an asset and property management software provider. He has previously held finance positions at Virata Corporation and at various governmental organizations, and has started several companies. Paul has served as the treasurer for the Central Coast Water Authority and as a board member for South Coast Federal Credit Union. He actively lectures for classes in Governmental Accounting at the University of Santa Barbara and is a past president and treasurer of the Santa Barbara Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Paul holds a dual B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the Southwest Missouri State University. |
