Mark Orr is Vice President, North American Affairs, Pernod Ricard USA, a position he has held with Pernod Ricard corporate since 1999. As head of the North American Affairs office in Washington, D.C., Orr handles issues ranging from public policy and regulatory matters to trade and industry affairs as they relate to Pernod Ricard subsidiaries in North America, covering the United States, Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining Pernod Ricard, Orr was Vice President, International Issues and Trade, for the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) for eight years. Before joining DISCUS, he held positions in the office of the United States Trade Representative in Washington, D.C. and at the United States Mission to the European Union in Brussels. Orr holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Depauw University and a Masters in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. |
