Mr. Orenstein has over 30 years experience as a corporate and securities attorney, with extensive merger and acquisition and other transactional experience. Mr. Orenstein has been a partner and of counsel to major law firms. He started his legal career as an attorney with the Division of Corporation Finance, Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. He ia a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law and the City College of the City of New York. Mr. Orenstein has been a member of the Securities Regulation Committee of the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Section since 1984. He has been a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Program on securties law matters, including "How to do a Private Placement" (Spring 2000) "The Fundamentals of Structuring a Private Placement" (Spring 2002) |
