An original Duck, Mark O誰eill enters his 14th season with the team and 29th in the NHL.
Before coming to the Ducks for the club痴 inaugural season, the 49-year-old O誰eill
spent 14 years in a variety of roles with the Los Angeles Kings. Among O誰eill痴 roles with the Kings were Assistant Equipment Manager and Head Equipment Manager.
With the Anaheim Ducks, O誰eill痴 primary responsibilities are coordinating the
equipment and supplies used by the NHL club, including equipment maintenance, repair and inventory.
The son of former Los Angeles Lakers trainer Frank O誰eill, Mark worked as an
assistant to his father with the Los Angeles Aztecs of the North American Soccer League prior to joining the Kings. He also served as a basketball trainer for the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
O誰eill and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Tustin. They have two sons, Daniel (23) and Aidan (8), and a daughter, Audrey (17). |
