Mark identifies evaluates and supports Information Technology-related acquisition opportunities for Safeguard. He is involved in all phases of Safeguard’s transactions including negotiation deal structure and diligence. Prior to joining Safeguard in 2005 Mark worked at both Broadview International and Wachovia Securities where he focused on M&A and IPO transactions in the software internet and communications infrastructure sectors. He also has experience providing strategic consulting to Fortune 500 companies and early-stage business ventures. Mark earned degrees in both Physics and Philosophy from Duke University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
