Mark joined Primary Knowledge, Inc. in January of 2005 following eight years of business litigation practice, most recently with the law firm of Newmeyer & Dillion at its Newport Beach location. Mr. Matheson has represented both small and large businesses in a variety business matters including contract formation and disputes, employment issues, product liability, financing and other related matters. Mr. Matheson received his Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University in 1992. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996, and was a finalist in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Mock Trial Competition. He was also selected to serve as a judicial intern for the California Court of Appeal for the Fourth Appellate District, Division One, and as a White House intern for the Bush Administration. |
