Mark Kelly is Senior Vice President of Finance for IHS. He is based in the company's Englewood , Colorado headquarters. Formerly Vice President of Finance at IHS Engineering, another division of IHS Group, Mark brings nearly 20 years of financial management, strategic planning, business development and operational experience to the organization. Prior to joining IHS, Kelly was CFO for Marketmile, an American Express and venture-capital-backed startup company in Silicon Valley.
He has also served as D irector of Global Business Operations and Director of Finance for J.D. Edwards in Denver, and was with IT-giant EDS Corporation from 1986 to 1999. While at EDS, he served in numerous leadership positions, including CFO of EDS Australia and as a Division Controller for EDS-U.S.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Missouri in 1986, and his Master of Business Administration degree from North Texas State University in 1990. In 1991, he earned his Certified Management Accountant accreditation by the Institute of Management Accountants. |
