Mark is a senior managing director at Eureka and has over 20 years of investment banking experience in the US and Europe. He has successfully completed over 75 merger and acquisition transactions, equity and debt financings in the public and private markets, valuations, and other financial advisory assignments. Prior to Eureka, he was a managing director and co-head of KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and a managing director of the Global Corporate Finance group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to Andersen, he was a director and co-head of corporate finance in the U.S. at Kleinwort Benson Limited. He began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers. Mark received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He also holds a B.A. with Honors from the Stirling University, Scotland. He is a Registered Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. |
