Mr. Hughes has participated in the design, construction and installation of more than 2,000 permanent portrait studio locations for PCA during the past fifteen years. Mr. Hughes serves as the Wal-Mart corporate contact for design, construction, expansion and improvement plans for portrait studios within Wal-Mart Stores both domestically and internationally. He also oversees design and construction activities for all new business initiatives. Prior to joining PCA in 1991, Hughes had over 10 years experience in general construction management for large national construction companies. Mr. Hughes served as Director of Construction for McDevitt & Street Co. Mr. Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a construction option from North Carolina State University. |
