Mark Hjort, Vice President and Loan Officer, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in January 1994. Prior to joining Q10 | National, Mark held real estate management positions with Evergreen International Aviation, The Bank of California, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. This diverse background has given him experience with a wide range of property types including downtown office and hotel, suburban office, industrial, retail, airport cargo, and small commercial buildings. Along the way he has performed real estate tasks including acquisition and sales of property, lease negotiation, appraisal, loan administration, property management, budgeting, and construction contact administration.
