Mr. Henwood serves as the Chairman of the Board of PLEXOS Solutions LLC. His responsibilities at PLEXOS Solutions include providing the company with strategic direction utilizing his previous experience pioneering chronological simulation and stochastic analyses. Mark has been involved in the energy industry for the last 25 years. He has founded and led four successful energy businesses. Most recently, Mark was President of Henwood Energy Services, a 180-person firm focusing on providing data, consulting, and software solution to the electric energy industry. Mr. Henwood was a director of the Independent Energy Producers Association (California) for seven years during the crucial QF growth period, and is a member of Tau Beta Pi, The Engineering Honor Society.
