Mark joined UTStarcom as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2006. He is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of UTStarcom's worldwide Human Resources strategy. He brings to the position broad HR experience in hi-tech gained in North America Asia and Europe. Most recently Mark led HR for VeriSign's Internet Security Services Business. Prior to that he spent 14 years in the telecommunications and data networking industry at Nortel where he held a variety of HR leadership positions in the UK Hong Kong and Silicon Valley. Mark received his BEng Electronic Engineering from Leeds University and MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics. |
