Mark Fuchs, vice president and General Counsel, joined LP in 2001, coming from Bullivant Houser Bailey, a west coast regional law firm where he represented directors and officers, corporate boards, insurance companies and product manufacturers in various litigation matters. When he first joined LP, Mr. Fuchs managed the corporation's litigation caseload, and was named General Counsel effective January 1, 2003. He was named vice president in February 2007. Mr. Fuchs currently sits on the AF&PA General Counsel's Committee. Mr. Fuchs holds a B.S. in Biology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, an MBA from Portland State University and a J.D. from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. |
