BACKGROUND: Mark was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He attended the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. Mark graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1993. EXPERIENCE: He will continue to focus his practice in the areas of real estate law, corporate and business formation, and estate planning and administration matters. Work includes reviewing and drafting both residential and commercial real estate contracts, commercial and residential leases, consulting with clients about alternatives when forming a business, preparing articles of incorporation and bylaws, and preparing estate planning documents, including wills and trusts. Mark practiced law in Tampa with an emphasis in real estate matters before returning to Lakeland. Prior to joining GrayRobinson in September 2003, Mark was an associate attorney with Stephen H. Artman, P.A. in Lakeland. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Georgia Bar and actively involved in the Willson American Inn of Court. Mark serves as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida. Mark is also a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club.
