Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Castparts Corp. Mr. Donegan was elected a director of our company in June 2006. Mr. Donegan has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Castparts Corp. (metal components, investment castings, forgings and fasteners) since August 2003. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Precision Castparts from August 2002 to August 2003, and as President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2001 to August 2002. He served as President of Wyman-Gordon Company (complex metal components and products) and as President of the Structural Division of Precision Castparts from December 1999 to July 2001. He joined Precision Castparts in 1985 and prior thereto was with the General Electric Company.
