Mark joined the Wayne office of TL Ventures in 1994 as a Managing Director. During his tenure, Mark has been extensively involved in the creation, incubation, development or consolidation of a number of information technology and communications companies.
He is also the co-founder of, and senior advisor to, EnerTech Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in investment opportunities emerging from the reshaping and convergence of the energy, utility and telecommunications industries.
Mark is on the board of directors of a number of TL companies.
Mark's previous investments include Integrated Systems Consulting Group (IPO and subsequent sale), Pac-West Telecomm (NASDAQ: PACW), MetroCast Cable (sale), Coastal Security Systems (sale) and Blaze Software (IPO and subsequent sale).
Mark has a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |
