As Senior Vice President of Hosting Services for NaviSite, Mark Clayman is responsible for ensuring that the Hosting Services organization meets the growing demands of our customers who depend on NaviSite to provide scalable, customer-centric application and managed services with prompt effectiveness and cost efficiency and everyday reliability. Mr. Clayman joined NaviSite through the acquisition of Surebridge, Inc., a Lexington, MA provider of application services where he served as Vice President and CIO, responsible for creating and managing the Hosting and Technology Group. He joined Surebridge in June 1999 through the acquisition of the Information Systems Department of The Berkshire Group, a holding company headquartered in Boston, MA. He worked as both the Help Desk Manager and then the Manager of Network Services at The Berkshire Group, providing infrastructure support and services to the individual subsidiaries, including two publicly-traded entities, of the parent company. Additionally, he was responsible for the overall network security and disaster recovery for The Berkshire Group's mission critical applications. Prior to working within the Information Systems Group, Clayman worked as a Corporate Accountant for The Berkshire Group, producing their quarterly and annual financial consolidations of the corporate entities for Senior Management and third-party auditors. |
