Mark Brown’s Information Technology (IT) career dates back more than 14 years. After serving in the Air Force, he began his IT experience managing a technical staff responsible for custom software support utilized by city and state governments and other independent businesses. Mark joined CST in 1997 as a network engineer, and now serves as President and CEO for StreetLight Information Technologies. Mark's technical experience includes network design and installation services, software support, as well as IT consulting and design services for a variety of business types. Areas of expertise include Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft and Novell products and technologies. Mark maintains his technical expertise through vendor certifications and hands on consulting and project management. His credentials include a NetWare 6 CNE and a Cisco Systems Wireless LAN certification. As President & CEO, Mark manages the StreetLight staff of hardware technicians, system support specialists and network engineers. He is responsible for providing network solutions consulting and recommendations to StreetLight clients with fixed-price service level agreements in place. Mark manages project technical solutions, timelines, goals and service level agreements to ensure StreetLight’s commitments are met and exceeded through service delivery. |
