Mark H. Brennan serves as the Managing Director of M.H. Brennan Companies, LLC. Mr. Brennan characterizes himself as a serial entrepreneur. He has personally founded or been involved with others in founding eleven (11) companies in the last thirteen years in a variety of industries. He has approximately 15 years of active business experience at senior executive levels in business sectors including: commercial real estate development and management, telecommunications & networking, internet-based education, commercial aviation services, retail quick service restaurant development and management, and broadband wireless services. For the past seven years Mr. Brennan has held the position of Principal & Managing Director of a Las Vegas-based fast food franchise company that owns and operates 24 nationally recognized franchised profit centers. Mr. Brennan is an active investor in seed and early stage opportunities and adds value to various companies through Board-level participation. Some of his Las Vegas-based involvements include KeyOn Communications, RIM Solutions, SouthwestUSA Bank, and SmartConnect. Prior to Mr. Brennan’s business career, he performed his military duty as an eight-year fighter pilot and instructor pilot in the United States Air Force where he flew primarily five different types of fighter aircraft with the majority of his experience in the F-16 Falcon. Mr. Brennan is currently the Chairman of the Vegas Valley Angels, a non-profit organization of accredited investors whose purpose is to search out, invest in, mentor, and foster the development of new and developing companies located principally in Southern Nevada. Mr. Brennan is a past board member and officer of the Nevada Chapter of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) where he was active for nine years. He is a founder and past president of the Harvard Business School Armed Forces Alumni Association and a participant in the Technology Business Alliance of Nevada (tban). Mr. Brennan’s education includes a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Brennan also holds a Master of Arts degree in Management Sciences from National University. His Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations & Foreign Affairs was earned at the United States Air Force Academy. |
