Mark Allen is the Chief Consultant and Strategist for Corporate University Xchange. He offers insight on corporate university best practices, and has been actively engaged in designing, developing, and managing corporate universities for over 20 years. Mark has assisted a wide-range of Global 2000 organizations in the design and development of corporate universities, and has led several workshops focusing on organizational practices of leadership development. He was CorpU’s President and CEO from 2001 to 2004, and the Vice President of Research and Consulting. Prior to joining CorpU, Mark founded Gensym Corporation’s worldwide educational services organization, and has a strong background in learning technology with 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the software industry. |
