As a Senior Analyst with SEG, Mark performs in-depth industry, economic, and financial research, prepares detailed valuation reports, and performs financial modeling for a range of projects. Mark works closely with our Vice-Presidents and Analysts in merger and acquisitions, the valuation of business enterprises, SFAS compliance, corporate options, and ESOPs. Mark has been actively involved in transactions of companies from within the transportation, consumer goods, retail, and electronic industries. Prior to joining SEG, Mark gained experience as an International Market Researcher at Advanced Financial Network in London, an international provider of stock exchange information, where he expanded data feeds to include key markets. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from University of California, San Diego. While attending UCSD, Mark was President and co-founder of Delta Sigma Pi-Omicron Sigma Chapter, a professional business fraternity. Mark has passed level 1 of the CFA exam.
