Mark W. Valentine is HMG’s Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience as a CFO in high growth multi-location service businesses. Prior to joining HMG in 2007, Mark was CFO of a Dental Practice Management company with 70 practices in nine states and annual revenues in excess of $120 Million. Previously, he spent 10+ years in the optical industry with Cole Vision, which operated Sears Optical and Pearle Vision, as CFO as well as COO of the international operations. Before joining Cole, Mark spent several years with both Federated Department Stores and Price Waterhouse.
Mark has a Bachelors degree in CPA Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Executives International. |
