Mark S. Borten concentrates in real estate law, and is experienced in estate law and probate matters. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Mr. Borten also has been admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He received a B.A. degree from C.C.N.Y. (cum laude, 1971), where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a law degree from Columbia University Law School (1974). Mr. Borten joined the firm in 1979 and became a member in 1985. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
